RAMBAN, Oct 28: Driver of an oil tanker sustained injuries here today after the vehicle he was driving rolled down into several hundred feet deep gorge near Khouni Nullah on Jammu-Srinagar National Highway.
Sources informed that the ill fated vehicle was a Jammu bound oil tanker bearing registration number JK02AT-8650.
They said the injured driver was rushed to SDH Banihal where after providing medical aid doctors referred him to Government Medical College and Hospital Anantnag for specialized treatment.
Hospital authorities identified the injured driver as Bilal Ahmed, son of Basheer Ahmed resident of Fagow, Banihal.
