JAMMU, Nov 1: Justice Vinod Chatterji Koul has directed the Enforcement Directorate to file objections in a petition filed by Kanta Andotra, wife of ex-Minister Ch Lal Singh seeking quashment of ECIR No.JMSZO/04/2022, dated 31-03-2022 before November 16, 2023.
The petitioner is seeking indulgence of the court to summon the entire record pertaining to the investigation being conducted by the respondents and for quashing the same being ultra vires the Prevention of Money Laundering Act on several grounds.
