Recruitment drive for international placements organized

JAMMU, Nov 1: To meet the shortage of various jobs in Gulf countries, National Skill Development Corporation International (NSDCI) here today organized a recruitment drive in Kunjwani for UAE and the selected candidates were offered a salary of about Rs. 50-60 K per month.
Candidates had to undergo interview rounds and English language tests. Most of the candidates who participated in the drive were from Jammu and some were from other districts of J&K.
A total of 128 candidates appeared for the interviews and 52 candidates were given offer letters on the same day as they were selected for various job roles like Security Guards, Warehouse Workers, Aircraft Cleaners, Metro Cleaners, Aviation Loaders etc.
This initiative has been taken under Skill India Mission which aims to bridge the gap between skilled manpower and the growing demand for jobs globally.
