RAJOURI, Nov 2: A young girl committed suicide by consuming some poisonous stuff at Dandot village of Budhal in Rajouri district today.
A police spokesman said that Kulsum Akhtar (19), daughter of Abdul Shakoor, resident of village Dandot in Budhal, allegedly consumed some poisonous substance at her residence today.
The girl died at her home and later the dead body was shifted to Community Health Centre (CHC) Kotranka where after conducting postmodern the body was handed over to family for performing last rites. Budhal Police has taken cognizance of the matter and inquest proceedings were initiated in this regard.
