JAMMU, Nov 4: Jammu Yatri Bhawan Trust has appealed people to donate for the under construction Temple of “Sankat Mochan Panchmukhi Lord Hanuman Ji” as well as “Dharamshalla” for the convenience of the visiting Yatries at B C Road near the Trust Head office.
Talking to media persons, here today, President of the Yatri Bhawan Trust, Pawan Kumar Shastri highlighted works undertaken by the Trust, which include the Head office complex, temple of Lord Hanuman and the Dharamshalla.
He informed that on the occasion of Vijayadashmi, Trust had installed and inaugurated the idols of Lord Hanuman Ji in the Mandir complex and started regular `langer seva’ in the Bhawan complex from 24th October, 2023 to onwards which is being done un-interruptedly serving more than 500 devotees with the Bhog Prashad on daily basis at 1 pm.
“Any devotee who wish to organise distribution of Bhog Prashad of 100 persons on the eve of Sankranti, Purnima, Amasiya Parav and on the Birthday, Marriage Anniversary of their family members as also performing Punyatithi of their ancestors, they can do so by making payment of Rs 2100,” Pawan Shastri said.
Further, he added, members of the Trust in particular and public in general who wish to donate for construction of this Mandir Nirman and Dharamshalla at our B C Road, Head office complex, they may donate Rs 2100/- as cost of 1 Sq ft on account of construction of Mandir and Dharamshalla aforesaid for the prosperity of their family and seek blessing of Lord Hanuman Ji.
