JAMMU, Nov 7: In an apparent case of suicide, a 27-year-old man was found hanging from a tree under mysterious circumstances here at Nagrota area today.
Tirth Ram son of Sansar Chand of Shibba, Dharabi, Nagrota, was spotted hanging from a tree at Shibba Nagrota today, police said.
He was shifted to Government Medical College Jammu, where doctors declared him as dead on arrival, they said.
While the body of the deceased has been shifted to the mortuary of the hospital for conducting the post-mortem police have initiated inquest proceedings to further probe the matter.
