UDHAMPUR, Nov 13: Six persons were injured in two different road accidents that took place near State Bank Dhar Road, and village Barta in Udhampur District, late last night.
According to the reports, an Alto car bearing registration number JK20-1567, hit a motorcycle and Scooty near State Bank Dhar Road resulting into injuries to four persons. Locals and Police rushed to the spot and took the injured Persons to District Hospital Udhampur.
The injured persons were identified as Puneet Gupta (34), son of Kulbhushan of Lambi Gali, Nina Gupta (36), wife of Puncham Gupta of Lambi Gali, Ankit Laira (23) and his father Vijay Kumar (48), resident of Sailan Talab Udhampur. Their condition was stated to be stable.
Meanwhile in another road accident near village Barta on Ramnagar – Udhampur road, a Motorcycle skidded off the road resulting into injuries to motorcycle riders Kalu (25), son of Surinder of Chunanta and pillion rider Shoket Ali (27), son of Jamat Ali of Jonu.
