Director Ministry of Tribal Affairs reviews Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra preparations in Kishtwar

KISHTWAR, Nov 20: Director Ministry of Tribal Affairs, GoI, Sangeeta Gupta, who is also the Prabhari Officer of District Kishtwar chaired a meeting of District Officers here in the VC Room of the DC Office Complex to discuss and strategize the seamless and successful execution of the “Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra” in the district.
Deputy Commissioner Dr Devansh Yadav, ADDC Sham Lal, Joint Director Planning Mohammad Iqbal, DFO Kishtwar Sagar Singh, DFO Marwah Vijay Kumar, PO ICDS Dr Rishi Kumar Sharma,GM DIC Mohamad Ashraf,ACP Zakir Hussain, DIO Kishtwar and other concerned officer participated in the meeting, demonstrating a collaborative approach towards success of the Yatra.
At the outset, the Deputy Commissioner along with concerned officers briefed the Prabhari Officer on the comprehensive implementation of centrally sponsored schemes in the district.DC Kishtwar provided insights into the preparations and department-wise arrangements to saturate schemes across the district under the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra.He informed that 3 Digital Vans have been deployed that will traverse all Panchayats, delivering the Prime Minister’s message and hosting promotional events.
The DC further informed the Prabhari Officer about the establishment of a district-level control room for overall monitoring, overseen by the designated Nodal officer besides organizing training sessions for the officers and resource persons of line departments.
During the meeting, the Prabhari Officer also took meticulous reviews of arrangements for cultural events, health camps, and various other activities associated with the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra including the IEC materials.
While addressing the meeting, the Prabhari Officer stressed the importance of making comprehensive arrangements for the successful conduct of the yatra. This comprehensive planning is aimed to guarantee a successful and impactful event for the benefit of the community.
Prabhari Officer Sangeeta Gupta said that the focus is on enhanced mobilization and reaching out to those left out to include them under welfare schemes. She directed officers to ensure maximum public participation, particularly engaging Youths, aimed at raising awareness about the Government’s schemes and achievements.
