JAMMU, Nov 22: Jammu and Kashmir Government today ordered posting of seven officers of the Prosecution Department in different institutions.
As per an order, Jawaid Ahmed Khawaja, Chief Prosecuting Officer, has been posted as Chief Prosecuting Officer in the office of Director General Prosecution, J&K against available vacancy, Irshad Ahmad Naik, Senior Prosecuting Officer, has been posted as Senior Prosecuting Officer, CTC Lethpora against an available vacancy, Bilal Ahmed Khan, Senior Prosecuting Officer, has been posted as Senior Prosecuting Officer in STC Sheeri against an available vacancy.
The order further said that Farooq Ahmad Mir, Senior Prosecuting Officer, has been posted as Senior Prosecuting Officer, PTS Manigam against an available vacancy, Amit Prakash Sehgal, Senior Prosecuting Officer, has been posted as Senior Prosecuting Officer Sher-e-Kashmir Police Academy Udhampur against an available vacancy, Choudhary Asif Iqbal, Senior Prosecuting Officer, has been posted as Senior Prosecuting Officer PTTI Vijaypur, Mohammad Syed Choudhary, Senior Prosecuting Officer, has been posted as Senior Prosecuting Officer APHQ against an available vacancy. He (Mohammad Syed Choudhary) shall also work in the office of the Commandant General Home Guard/CD/SDRF J&K.
