JAMMU, Nov 22: The Mahadhyaan Shivir-3 will be inaugurated on 25th November.
This was informed by the members of Power of Meditation trust in a press conference held here today
Addressing to the media persons, Gaurav Vig said that their trust will organise two day long shivir on 25th and 26th November at Panch Mandir, Channi Himmat, Jammu.
During the shivir there will be intensive discussions and exercises on various topics related to the self realization, happiness, health and peace and spirituality through various techniques of dhyaan.
Participants will also learn practical skills to heal their body and mind enhance their soul power and its purity and improve their quality of life in all aspects such as physical, mental, emotional, relations, financial and professional.
“Everyone deserves to live a happy healthy and peaceful life, so don’t miss this chance,” he said.
People of all ages and background, including many students are expected to join the event.
