JAMMU, Jan 20: Investigating Wing of the Income Tax Department today carried out raids in the premises of three industries at Bari Brahmana.
Official sources said that the sleuths of Investigation Wing of Income Tax Department raided Abhay Industries, Shiva Mint Industries and Jai Amba Industries at Bari Brahmana and laid hands on several documents pertaining to the production and stock of these units.
Stating that all these groups are owned by Delhi based industrialists, sources said, “the raids in Bari Brahmana were part of massive exercise carried out by the Department in Delhi in order to detect the concealed income”.
