RAJOURI, Nov 27: A police team from Rajouri Police Station has solved a case of theft with accused persons involved in the act has been arrested. The stolen motorcycles have been recovered from the possessions of arrested accused persons.
Police said that one Syed Ibrar Hussain, son of Sabar Hussain Shain lodged a written complaint with the police that some unidentified persons have stolen his motorcycle bearing Regd No. JK11E 6764 from Kheora, near mosque.

Accordingly, a case FIR No. 528/2023 U/Ss 379 IPC was registered in Police Station Rajouri and investigation was started by a police team headed by SHO Aejaz Wani.
During investigation one suspect who happened to be juvenile (name withheld) was rounded up, who during interrogation confessed the commission of crime along with his one associate namely, Mohd Saleem; son of Mohd Yousif, a resident of Sarano. Both the accused were arrested.
So far, on their disclosure as many as seven motorcycles, including the one theft from Kheora have been recovered and seized in the case Further, investigation into the matter is going on. More recoveries are expected, the police said.
