POONCH, Jan 21: People’s Democratic Party (PDP) today flayed Omar Abdullah led coalition regime for its failure to solve day-today problems of the common masses. Party today said that miseries of the people have increased manifold after formation of National Conference led regime in the State.
Addressing a function here this afternoon, party candidate for Jammu-Poonch Lok Sabha seat Yash Pal Sharma, said that during the last five year situation in the State has been deteriorating because Omar Abdullah led Government was pursuing anti-people policies. He said that the State has been plunged into unprecedented crises due to wrong policies of Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah who has failed to connect himself with the common masses.
He said that Poonch-Rajouri districts were worst victims of the wrong policies being pursued by this Government. He pointed out that scarcity of ration in the hilly areas reflected complete failure of this dispensation.
Sharma said that during the last five years this regime has done nothing to solve problems of the people. “What to say to mitigating woes of the masses, this regime has further compounded miseries of the people due to its wrong policies”, he added.
