DODA, Dec 4: An impressive farewell party was organized today by district Doda unit of Jammu Kashmir Teachers Forum (JKTF) in the honour of Headmaster Surat Singh Toofani (senior vice-president of UT unit) and six other officers/officials of Education Department, who retired from Government service after attaining the age of superannuation.
The retirees included Kuljesh Chander Katal (Principal), Mohd Ayaz Iqbal Mughal (Principal), Balwant Singh Kanth (ZEO), Suneet Singh (Headmaster), Surat Singh Toofani (Headmaster), Abdul Qayoom Zarger (Master) and Mangesh Kumari (Senior Teacher).
The Function organized at CSAM Government HSS Kilhotran (Bhalessa) was presided over by SDM Gandoh Ashraf Parvaiz whereas Ganesh Khajuria (chairman JKTF) was the chief guest on the occasion. Darshan Sharma (general secretary, JKTF), P D Singh and Bharat Bhushan Sharma (district president, JKTF Jammu) were the guests of honour.
All those present on the occasion wished the retiring officers/ officials a happy, healthy and prosperous retired life.
