JAMMU, Dec 6: Government today ordered transfer and posting of Triloki Nath Koul, Deputy Chief Electoral Officer, Jammu, as Deputy Secretary in the office of Chief Secretary.
“In the interest of administration, Triloki Nath Koul, Deputy Chief Electoral Officer, Jammu, is transferred and posted as Deputy Secretary in the office of the Chief Secretary, with immediate effect,” read an order issued by Commissioner Secretary to the Government, General Administration Department (GAD), Sanjeev Verma.
