SRINAGAR, Dec 6: Housing and Urban Development Department (H&UDD) today placed under suspension the former Executive Officer (EO), Municipal Council, Budgam.
“Pending enquiry into his conduct and in terms of Rule 31(1) of Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956, it is ordered that Nazir Ahmad Dar, then EO, Municipal Council Budgam, presently at Municipal Committee, Khanasahib, is placed under suspension with immediate effect,” read an order issued by the Department.
It has been further ordered that the officer shall remain attached in the Directorate of Urban Local Bodies, Kashmir, till further orders.
