DODA, Dec 13: In a noteworthy initiative, Deputy Commissioner Doda, Harvinder Singh, undertook a significant visit to Bhaderwah to inspect privately-run handicraft and skill institutes. The primary objective was to encourage local artisans and weavers, fostering the promotion of traditional handicrafts to enhance their earnings and the tourism industry in Bhaderwah.
During the visit, DC Harvinder Singh engaged in positive interactions with the workers, artisans, and coordination members of the handicraft institute. He assured them that the district administration Doda stands firmly with them, addressing any financial issues that may arise.
Accompanying the Deputy Commissioner were key officers , ADC Bhaderwah Dilmir choudhary, AD Handicrafts Mohd Asraf, BDO Bhaderwah Anoop Kumar, and Teshildar Bhadewah.
