KISHTWAR, Dec 13: Fire broke out here today in a building where army personnel were staying in Chatroo area.
A fire tender was pressed into service while one more was called from Kishtwar District Headquarters to douse the blaze.
After hectic efforts of Fire and Emergency Services, Army and locals the fire was brought under control.
There was no life loss or injury to anyone but many items kept in the building were destroyed by the fire.
