Subject: Merit and Select List regarding engagement of Sanginis (AWWs).
Whereas vide this Office Advertisement Notice No: 01 of 2023 dated: 13-05-2023, applications forms were invited from eligible female candidates against 07 vacant posts of Sanginis
(AWWs) of Poshan Project Bani.
Whereas 49 candidates have applied against 07 advertised vacant posts of Sanginis (AWWs) in project Bani.
Whereas the merit and other necessary particulars of all the candidates have been scrutinized/checked on 13-06-2023 by the committee constituted vide Govt Order No:- 103 –JK(SWD) of 2023 dated:- 28-04-2023 and Govt Order No: 222 –JK(SWD) of 2022 dated: 30-11-2022 and the provisional/Tentative Merit list and provisional/Tentative Select List have been prepared and approved by the concerned Selection committee in its meeting held on 13-06-2023, as per aforementioned Govt Orders.
Whereas vide this Office Notification No. 02 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023 followed by addendum/corrigendum to Notification No. 02 of 2023 dated 15.06.2023 issued under endorsement No. CDPO/B/2023-24/144-54 dated 21.06.2023, the provisional /tentative merit list and provisional /tentative select list have been published in State Times dated 26.06.2023.
Whereas copy of the provisional/tentative merit list and provisional /tentative select list was provided to Sarpanchs/Panchs concerned and also pasted at other locations as per
in aforementioned Govt. Orders.
Whereas the Provisional/tentative Merit List and Provisional/tentative Select List were issued with necessary riders/observations put against the candidatures of 19 candidates
by the Selection Committee………..
