Gurdeep inaugurates lane-drain construction work

RS PURA, Dec 18: Sarpanch of Panchayat Gandli and general secretary of All J&K Panchayat Conference, Gurdeep Saini here today inaugurated the construction work of lane and drain in Ward number 4, village Kothey Gandli.
The project, estimated to cost Rs 3 lakh aims to enhance sanitation and ease of movement for the residents.
Speaking on the occasion, Sarpanch Saini underscored the importance of this project for overall development of the village.
He said that benefits of improved drainage and accessibility will ensure better living conditions for the residents.
Saini expressed gratitude for PM Modi for generous allocation of funds under various rural development schemes and said that these funds are instrumental for crucial infrastructure projects in Kothey.
He encouraged the local community to actively participate in such developmental initiatives and strengthen the hands of PM Modi.
Among those who were present on the occasion were Naib Sarpanch, Payere Lal; Panchs—Gurdayal Singh, Somnath and Pawan Singh; chairman, Darshan Singh; Dev Raj Sharma, Sharjinder Singh and others.
