JAMMU, June 24: Abdul Hamid Mir, a retired District and Sessions Judge breathed his last at Government Medical College and Hospital today after a brief illness.
He was 69 and is survived by his wife, two sons and a daughter.
The members of judiciary and various Bar Associations have expressed grief over the demise of Mir and prayed for eternal peace to the departed soul.
