JAMMU, Dec 20: Former Minister and BJP National Executive Member, Priya Sethi today highlighted the various public welfare schemes of Narendra Modi Government.
While addressing the gathering in Village Badsoo in Dansal area near here in connection with ongoing programmes launched by party and Government, Priya Sethi stated, that Modi Government took various steps to connect Government with the people or take Government to doorsteps of people.
She said for the first time, there’s a concerted effort to ensure that no section of society is left behind when it comes to accessing the wealth of welfare schemes implemented by the Modi Government.
The senior BJP leader commended the Prime Minister’s unwavering commitment in empowering the previously marginalized sections of society. “For years, these communities were overlooked and denied their rightful entitlements. Prime Minister has not only rectified the historical injustice but has also instilled a culture of proactive outreach within the Government.
Drawing attention to specific examples, Priya Sethi highlighted the transformative impact of schemes like the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Ayushman Bharat, and PM Vishwakarma Yojana. “These programs are tangible proofs of the Modi Government’s unwavering commitment to the upliftment of every citizen. No longer do people need to navigate the labyrinthine world of bureaucracy – the Government is actively seeking them out and ensuring the benefit from these initiatives.”
She mentioned that there is hardly any house left which has not taken the benefit of Modi Government schemes. She asserted that Village Badsoo has recently announced as ODF free.
Former Minister lauded the decisive abrogation of Article 370, terming it a watershed moment for Jammu & Kashmir and the nation as a whole.
Echoing the “Maximum Governance, Minimum Government” approach of the Modi administration, Priya Sethi stated, “Under Modi’s leadership, Bharat is witnessing a new era of efficient, accountable, and responsive governance’’.
