The CM said that the decoration of Dharampath coming from the highway towards Nayaghat should also be attractive in view of the arrival of the PM and the road from Airport to Nayaghat should be decorated with attractive flowers in the same way as the four-lane road from Sultanpur Road to Airport has been decorated.

He said, “The railing of Ayodhya bypass on National Highway Lucknow Gorakhpur should be painted in attractive colours and attractive flowers and pots should be kept in its median.”

Yogi said that today projects worth more than Rs. 30,000 crores are underway in Ayodhya under the guidance of the PM. “The quality of every construction work should also be checked regularly,” he said.

He said, “We have to pay special attention to cleanliness. The entire city should be clean. There should not be dust and dirt on the roads anywhere in Ayodhya. For this, deploy additional manpower as per requirement.”

The CM said that in the wake of the possible tour and public meeting of the PM, all preparations and security arrangements should be tight. “For this, all the departments should coordinate among themselves and complete all the preparations from now on. There should be adequate arrangements for parking of vehicles at public meeting places and other important places and adequate public facilities should also be arranged near those parking places,” he said.

He said that in the wake of the possibility of 1.5 to 2 lakh common citizens from nearby districts coming to the PM’s public meeting, all preparations, including adequate parking, should be made on the major roads connecting Ayodhya while basic facilities must be provided for the people coming to the public meeting.

Yogi said, “Develop a digital tourist map of Ayodhya. It should contain all information about all the basic facilities and important places in Ayodhya in all the Indian languages, the languages of the major countries associated with Lord Shri Ram and the languages of the United Nations.”

He said that in the wake of the increase in the number of devotees coming to Ayodhya after the consecration of Lord Shri Ram on January 22, start making all arrangements from now on. “Adequate arrangements for electric buses should be ensured for the devotees to visit Ayodhya from various parking places,” he said.

Yogi said that apart from the arrangement for accommodation of the pilgrims by the Trust in Ayodhya, arrangements should also be made for the pilgrims to stay in Dharamshala and hotels etc. at fixed rates. “On January 22, only those people who have invitation letters or are deployed on government duty, will be able to come to Ayodhya,” he said.

He said that it has come to notice that some people have booked local hotels and dharamshalas on the day of Pran Pratistha ceremony on January 22. “The same should be cancelled so that there is no problem in the administration, because on that day the special invitees of India will visit Ayodhya, while 100 planes are likely to arrive at Ayodhya airport. Make arrangements for its diversion,” he directed.

The CM said, “Our responsibility is not only to protect everyone but also to welcome them, hence the behaviour of government and police employees should be ideal.
