JAMMU, Dec 21: In suo-moto cognizance of a News item alleging unauthorized passage to illegal encroachments near 4th Tawi Bridge, a Division Bench of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh High Court comprising Chief Justice N Kotiswar Singh and Justice Moksha Khajuria Kazmi has directed the respondents to file their suggestions for taking concrete measures regarding encroachment as well as to remove illegal encroachment by or before the next date of hearing.
