JAMMU, Dec 26: A delegation of proactive women led by Ritika Trehan, BJP chief spokesperson of Mahila Morcha J&K met Deputy Commissioner Jammu, Sachin Kumar Vaishya and discussed the prevailing public grievances.
During deliberations, Ritika stressed on the importance of ensuring that the commitments made by PM Modi for inclusive development of all sections of the society are translated into action at grassroots level.
“The motto of ‘Sabka Sath, Sabka Vikas, Sabka Vishwas, Aur Sabka Prayaas’ should be put in practical form,” she maintained.
The delegation presented a comprehensive overview of public concerns, emphasizing on the urgent need to resolve them for the benefit of the people.
In response to the appeal by the delegation, the DC Jammu assured his personal involvement in actively addressing the grievances raised by the public.
He pledged to organize departmental camps that would specifically cater to the needs of the remaining beneficiaries, ensuring that essential services and support reach at their doorsteps efficiently.
