LEH, Dec 27: Meconopsis Aculeata Royle (Himalayan Blue Poppy) has been declared as `State Flower’ of the Union Territory of Ladakh.
An official spokesman said that Lt Governor of Ladakh, Brig (Dr) BD Mishra, is pleased to declare Meconopsis Aculeata Royle (Himalayan Blue Poppy/ Ladakhi-Tser-sNon), as `State Flower’ of the Union Territory of Ladakh.
