JAMMU, Jan 3: A delegation of Trikuta Nagar residents here today met Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo and demanded lowering of fees for free hold rights by the Board of Directors of Urban and Housing Development Department.
The delegation also demanded up-gradation and renovation of the Urban Health Centre in Trikuta Nagar to Community Health Centre with full infrastructure and staff like specialist doctors and machines and provisions of help desk and Jan Aushdhi Centre.
They also demanded a playground in Trikuta Nagar for the youth and the kids with provision of Basketball Court, Badminton Court and Skating rink.
Another demand raised by the delegation was that of multiple car-parking facility and digging of one new bore-well to tackle the problem of water shortage in the area.
The delegation members also demanded an Ayurvedic Hospital in Trikuta Nagar.
More demands raised by them included widening of bridge in sector 4 and 5 as this bridge has crossing of six roads and almost every day some accidents takes place there.
