SAMBA, Jan 7: The District unit of Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal (ESBD) today organised a meeting at Ghagwal to discuss the strategies for the upcoming Lok Sabha elections.
The meeting also discussed party’s 14th January campaign, aimed at freeing the temples from the Government’s control, to be held at Katra and 21st January celebrations at Baba Kaliveer Temple at Rasana.
Accompanied by District team members Rampaul Sharma, Mohan Singh and others, Sharma spoke about ESBD’s Sapt Sankalpas.
As per a statement, scores of Sarpanches, Panches, retired bureaucrats, and social and political activists attended the meeting.
Addressing the meeting, Advocate Ankur Sharma stressed on the need of creating booth level teams to strengthen ESBD at the grassroot level and congratulated the District team for working tirelessly for the party.
The party members were also exhorted to reach Katra and Baba Kaliveer Devsthan at Rassana along with others to make the twin events grand success.
Ekam Sanatan Bharat Dal, formerly IkkJutt Jammu, is a nationally recognised political party that will contest the 2014 General Elections from more than 400 Lok Sabha seats of the country and from Jammu Lok Sabha and Kathua-Udhampur-Doda Lok Sabha seat within J&K.
