UDHAMPUR, Jan 8: A two-day training program on “Concept of Leadership and Management in Police” commenced at Sher-e-Kashmir Police Academy here today.
As per a statement, 19 police officers, ranging from Inspectors to SSPs, actively participated today.
It said Rakesh Sambyal, CPO, SKPA, presented the course overview and objectives on behalf of the Director SKPA.
The curriculum emphasizes leadership science, effective management, the role of management attitude in policing, motivation in conflict situations, and the significance of good leadership for better policing.
Eminent guest faculties from various academias are contributing to achieving these objectives.
The coordination is led by Rakesh Sambyal, CPO, with assistance from ASI Rajinder Singh, a faculty member.
