JAMMU, Jan 9: Jammu and Kashmir Government has accorded the sanction to the reconstitution of Board of Directors (BoDs) of Jammu and Kashmir Khadi and Village Industries Board (J&K KVIB).
“In suppression of all the previous orders issued on the subject, sanction is hereby accorded to the reconstitution of BoDs of J&K KVIB in terms of Section 4(1) of the J&K KVIB Act 1965 for a period of two years or till further orders, whichever is earlier,” an order issued in this context reads.
The newly constituted BoDs shall be headed by Dr Hina Shafi Bhat as its chairperson and Administrative Secretaries of Department of Rural Development and Panchyati Raj and Industries and Commerce; Registrar, Cooperative Societies J&K; Director General (Codes), Finance Department; Director MSME-DI, J&K; Director, Industries and Commerce, Jammu; Mission Director, Rural Livelihood Mission, J&K; and Director, Industries and Commerce, Kashmir as its Directors.
