Udhampur, Jan 9: Director Sher-e-Kashmir Police Academy (SKPA) Udhampur, Garib Dass, ADGP, decorated with ranks the newly promoted police personnel in a pipping ceremony held at the police academy here today.
As per a statement, the officer and officials who were decorated with the ranks are ASI Hem Raj, Head Constable Mansa Ram, Selection Grade Constable Munish Singh, and Selection Grade Constable Sukhdev Singh.
The ADGP, Garib Dass, congratulated the newly promoted police personnel and hoped that they will work with enhanced enthusiasm and dedication. He emphasized that the promotion not only upgrades the working status in the Police Department but also adds more responsibilities and challenges in their working assignments.
Sheikh Zulifkar Azad, SSP, Deputy Director (SKPA); Sukhvir Singh, Assistant Director (Admn); Ashish Gupta, Assistant Director (Trg/R&D); Shanker Bhadur, Assistant Director (outdoor) among others were present on the occasion.
