JAMMU, Jan 10: SP City South Shaheen Wahid along with her team of police officials today visited Industrial Estate Digiana and met representatives of Association of Industries Digiana and industrialists for detailed interaction on a host of issues.
Small Scale Industries (SSI) Digiana president Jatinder Aul along with Anil Modi, general secretary, Sanjay Chopra, vice presidents and others briefed the SP City South about the issues faced by the industrialists of SSI Digiana.
They voiced concern over illegal parking of trucks and matadors inside industrial premises, drug trafficking, liquor and theft issues, no crossing in front of industrial gate and traffic assistance.
Shaheen Wahid assured the SSI Digiana representatives that their issues will be considered and addressed.
The police officer also sought assistance of industrialists in checking menace of drugs. She asked them to inform police if they spot suspicious persons.
