JAMMU, Jan 18: A delegation of All J&K Low Paid Government Employees Federation (LPGEF) called on Chief Secretary, Atal Dulloo here, today and submitted a memorandum to him highlighting the demands of the employees.
The delegation was led by Anchal Dev Singh, its convener and Kabla Singh acting president. It demanded implementation of Old Pension Scheme, implementation of SRO 43 in its old form, enhancement of Medical Allowance from Rs 300 to Rs 1000, release of DA from July 2020 to December 2021, clearance of liabilities in shape of G P Fund, gratuity, cash in lieu etc, regularization of left out headmasters and equivalent, framing of transfer policy for ReTs, enhancement of honorarium for cooks working in Education Department to Rs 5000, regularization of daily wagers, pensionary benefits to Anganwadi workers, earned leave to teachers etc.
The Chief Secretary after hearing the demands assured that the Government will look into the demands.
The other members of the delegation were Abdul Hafiz Fani, Tousif Hussian Shah, J S Awal, Anil Kumar , Hussian Malik, Manzoor Kitchloo, Jugal Kishore, Mohammed Shaban Bhat, Nazir Ahmed Magrey, R K Maney, Om Ji and Mohammed Javed Shah, general secretary of LPEF.
