VBSY witnesses active participation from various districts of J&K

JAMMU, Jan 19: The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, a nationwide initiative aimed at comprehensive development, witnessed active participation from various districts of Jammu and Kashmir.
As part of the campaign, Director of the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Sangeeta Gupta, participated in the Yatra at TRC Mughal Maidan, District Kishtwar.
SDM Chatroo, ACD Kishtwar, LDM Pankaj Badani, DIO Kishtwar Dr Kuldeep Kumar, ExEn Jal Shakti Sunil Sharma, BDO Hitesh Kumar, BMO Dr Saima Agoo, and other officials were present.
The program included the pledge for Viksit Bharat, sharing experiences under various Central Government Schemes, a recorded message from the Prime Minister, and distribution of certificates and benefits to beneficiaries.
Commissioner Secretary, Information Technology, Prerna Puri, chaired a mega public outreach event during the urban leg of the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra in Hiranagar area of Kathua District.
The event showcased success stories of beneficiaries under Central Sector Schemes through the “Meri Kahani Meri Zubani” session.
Commissioner Secretary actively engaged with the Yatra proceedings, inspected departmental stalls, and administered the VBSY pledge.
The Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra has become a driving force in the implementation of various Government schemes in Rajouri District.
An Information, Education, and Communication (IEC) van played a crucial role in creating awareness about government initiatives and engaging with local communities.
The initiative aims to transform Rajouri by extending its reach to underserved areas and ensuring effective execution of Government programs.
Block Dachnipora in Anantnag District embraced the transformative journey of the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra, witnessing enthusiastic public participation and commitment to regional development.
The VBSY IEC Van made a dynamic impact during its visit to key locations, emphasizing the collective responsibility for sustainable progress.
Under the leadership of Deputy Commissioner Baseer-Ul-Haq Chaudhary, the Vikshit Bharat Sankalp Yatra is making a significant impact in Ramban District.
With 93,000 participants, including 35,400 women, the Yatra reached various Panchayats, emphasizing inclusivity and informing people about various Government schemes.
These initiatives showcase a concerted effort towards inclusive development and community engagement across different regions.
Embarking on an unparalleled journey through Pulwama District, the Viksit Bharat Sankalp Yatra (VBSY) has achieved remarkable milestones, reaching all 190 Panchayats, 69 Municipal Wards, and weaving through various villages.
Today, the Yatra took a pivotal stride, immersing itself in grassroots communities to share essential information about Government schemes.
