KARGIL, Jan 31: S.D Singh Jamwal, ADGP Ladakh and Sheikh Junaid Mahmood, DIG Leh-Kargil Range today decorated rank on newly promoted officer Ishtyaq Ahmad Kacho, who has been promoted as Incharge Superintendent of Police at Police Headquarters Ladakh in presence of other senior police officers.
“We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Ishtyaq Ahmad Kacho and wish him resounding success in his new role and all his future endeavors,” the ADGP & DIG said while decorating the JKPS officer.
