NOTICE
In exercise of the powers conferred upon me under Section 21 of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation & Resettlement Act, 2013. I, SHOKAT HAYAT MATTOO (JKAS), Collector Land Acquisition (SUB DIVISIONAL MAGISTRATE) CHHATROO, do hereby require all the interested persons, i.e. Land Owners & indenting department to appear personally or through an agent to file objections, if any, regarding the amount of compensation to be assessed, interested in land as well as objections to the measurement of Land made under section 20 of the said act, within 30 days from the date of issuance of this notice.
