RAJOURI, Feb 4: The police nabbed a drug-peddler and recovered some quantity of charas from his possession in Thanamandi area today.
Reports said a police party from Thanamandi led by SHO, Insp Hilal, during a Naka at Bhattian, intercepted one person namely Nazaqat Hussain, son of Munshi resident of village, Bhattian. On checking about 11 gms of charas was recovered from his possession.
A case FIR No 17/2024 U/S 8/20 of NDPS Act was registered against him. Further investigation was in progress.
