UDHAMPUR, Feb 6: A labourer was found hanging from ceiling fan hook in his house at village Magani, here today.
According to the police report, Kuldeep Kumar (43), son of Chatru Ram, resident of village Magani in Udhampur, was found hanging from a ceiling fan hook in his house under mysterious circumstances.
Family member saw him hanging and on being informed, a Police team from Udhampur Police Station also reached the spot. Police shifted the dead body to District Hospital Udhampur for the postmortem.
Cause of provocation behind the extreme step could not be ascertained. Udhampur Police have registered the case and started further investigation in the case.
