UDHAMPUR, Feb 6: Deputy Commissioner Udhampur Saloni Rai today handed over the keys of load-carriers to three beneficiaries provided to them under “MUMKIN” Scheme of Mission Youth.
Assistant Director Employment Udhampur (Nodal Officer), Priyanka Gupta, were among several other officials of District Employment & Counseling Centre Udhampur who attended the ceremony .
Highlighting the benefits provided under the “MUMKIN” Scheme, the AD Employment said the applicant will have the full liberty to choose a small commercial vehicle of any approved models under this Scheme.
She added that under the Mission Youth the government provides an amount of Rs 80000/ or 10% of on-road price of the vehicle (whichever is less) as upfront subsidy.
She reiterated that the vehicle manufacturer shall also provide an upfront special discount, not less than the amount of subsidy and the banking partner shall extend loan facility to the extent of 80% as (MUDRA Loan) on-road price of the vehicle to be purchased without any collateral security.
