JAMMU, Feb 7: Additional Director General of Police (ADGP), Jammu Zone, Anand Jain, today decorated with the rank a newly promoted Head Constable (HC) here at Zonal Police Headquarters (ZPHQ).
While felicitating HC Ravinder Kumar, who is posted with ADGP Jammu Zone, the latter urged the former to work with honesty and dedication to make his department and the family proud.
He hoped that the promotion would bring in a new spirit of service among the official.
