Poonch, Feb 10: The Ace of Spades Division today honoured honor journalist Rahi Kapoor who works with Daily Excelsior in Poonch district for demonstrating exceptional dedication and proficiency in the field of journalism. He has been recognized for his insightful reporting and his efforts in fostering trust among the local population.
The Certificate of Excellence was presented by Gaurav Rishi, Major General, GOC 25 Infantry Division, and Commander Krishna Ghati Sector, to Rahi Kapoor in recognition of his exemplary work.
