JAMMU, Feb 12: Prof Rajesh Ahal today presented a guest lecture at the 4th International Conference of South Asian Association of Pediatric Dentists (SAAPD).
He shared the different techniques that he has used to treat teeth that have been traumatized and in different conditions as he has been instrumental for handling such cases since the last 29 years. He also shared a better outcome where the teeth have been treated in The GOLDEN HOUR – that is within the first hour after trauma. He also shared his cases where the broken tooth fragments have been re- attached and the teeth are still doing good even after 8 years.
The international conference was illuminating as eminent Pediatric Dentists from across India as well as from other countries – Egypt, Malaysia, Germany and USA shared their rich clinical experiences. In depth threadbare discussions were held on the latest ways to approach issues that were being faced by children all over the world including different parts of India.
The conference saw the assimilations of many thoughts, techniques, protocols and applications to enhance the modalities of dental treatment for a better quality of life for the children of all ages and the parents.
