Govt wasting crores in name of smart cities: Sahni

UDHAMPUR, Feb 12: Shiv Sena J&K chief, Manish Sahni has said that the Government is wasting crores of rupees in the name of smart cities while the people of villages like Krimchi in Udhampur are deprived of basic amenities like roads, electricity and water.
Sahni was addressing a joining programme in Krimchi, Udhampur where about 100 BJP workers and supporters joined Shiv Sena and highlighted the problems like bad roads, lack of electricity, poor water supply, pension for senior citizens and disabled people etc.
On this occasion, Sahni announced Rajesh Verma, who joined Shiv Sena, as district general secretary; Muhammad Hussain, Bashir Ahmed, Ghulam Haider and Muhammad Riaz were included in the list of officials for village Har Tehran and Mancha; Muhammad Shakeel was included in the list of officials of village Krimchi.
Shiv Sena vice president, Sanjeev Kohli; Balwant Singh, organizer; Raj Singh, president Kamgar and District Udhampur president, Sanjeev Sharma welcomed the new entrant in Shiv Sena while many party leaders like Mangu Ram, Vishal Verma and Neelam were also present on the occasion.
