JAMMU, Feb 12: Minister for Planning and Development, Ajay Sadhotra informed the State Assembly today that Planning and Development Department has released an amount of Rs.19,900 crore during last three financial years under different sectors in the State.
Replying to a question by Mohammad Sharief Niaz, the Minister said that an amount of Rs. 6000 crore was released during 2010-11, Rs. 6600 crore during 2011-12, Rs 7300 crore during current fiscal under different sectors in the State, he added.
The Minister informed that 78 road projects are under execution in Doda district including Bhaderwah. He said efforts are being made to complete these road projects within stipulated time frame. He also informed about the present status of each road project.
The Minister informed the House about the present status of Centrally sponsored schemes being executed in the State under different sectors.
