JAMMU, Feb 13: Jammu and Kashmir Democratic Front (JKDF) Youth Wing is organizing “Duggar Chetna Rally” on February 15. The rally is a part of programme to mark the foundation day of JKDF as “Dogra Day” on February 19 at Parade Ground.
This was stated by Manish Khajuria, State president, JKDF Youth Wing while interacting with media persons here today.
To pay tributes to the Duggar warriors, JKDF youth wing is organizing a Duggar Chetna Rally (Motorcycle/Scooter rally) on February 15 as a part of programme.
The rally will start from Gandhi Nagar and after covering various places including Pt Prem Nath Dogra Chowk, Vinayak Bazar, Vivekanand Chowk, Mandir Bazar, City Chowk, Super Bazar, Link Road, Panjtirthi, CPO Chowk, Ambphalla, New Plot JDA Complex, Sarwal, Patoli Chowk, Toph, Paloura, Bohri, Talab Tillo, Bakshi Nagar will culminate at Reshamgarh ground.
He said that JKDF has been celebrating its foundation day on February 19 as Dogra Day every year to pay tributes to all Dogra warriors who sacrificed their lives for the welfare of Dogras.
Khajuria appealed the people to participate in the programme to pay tributes to Dogra warriors.
Among others present were Gulshan Rattan, Ankush Sharma, Varinder Jamwal and Dushant Kumar were also present.
