JAMMU, Feb 24: NC leader and former MLC, Mohd Rafiq Shah along with large number of his supporters joined Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) at party Headquarters, Trikuta Nagar, here, today. Besides, Mohd Ayub Pahalwan from Kotranka, Budhal along with supporters also joined the BJP on the occasion.

Ravinder Raina, president, J&K BJP, and Jugal Kishore Sharma, MP (Lok Sabha), accompanied by DDC Iqbal Malik, BJP Joining Committee Member, Neha Mahajan and co-convenor, Pahari Cell, Dr. Mir Khursheed welcomed the new entrants into the party fold.
Ravinder Raina, while welcoming the new entrants, said that the BJP has deep-rooted sentiments of democratic ethos and patriotic zeal. He said that the BJP cadre is always on the ground, on the forefront of helping needy persons and to achieve the mission to empower every person, the Modi Government has taken effective steps to ensure that every development plan is all-inclusive to include every section.
“Due to clear intentions to serve the society and motherland without any prejudice and reaching out to every section of society that was consistently harassed and maltreated for decades together earlier, prominent political and social personalities are daily joining the BJP with a faith that now they will be in a better position to serve their people and nation”, said Ravinder Raina.
Jugal Kishore Sharma said that the Modi Government has served the neglected and the oppressed and has done justice to crores of people belonging to multiple sects and sections of society. These good works by the Modi Government have won the hearts of people, who have decided to support the BJP massively in Parliamentary elections of 2024.
