KATHUA, Feb 25: Shyam Sunder Khajuria was elected as president of Beopar Mandal Chadwal in Kathua district, the elections of which were held recently.
He defeated his rival candidate, Ramesh Kumar Bittu with a margin of 85 votes. Total 580 members of Beopar Mandal Chadwal cast their vote for the post of president.
