JAMMU, June 27: Minister for Health, Horticulture and Floriculture today released Health Magazine of Health Capsule.
While speaking, Health Minister lauded the initiative and hoped that this will bring a change in the existing health scenario of the State and benefit the common masses.
He urged the people to come forward to improve their own health for the benefit of the society as a whole.
Among others present were Dr Yash Pal Sharma, Mission Director, NRHM, Dr Adarsh Kumar Bhagat, DDHS-Scheme, Dr Indu Bhushan Anand, DD-Dentistry, Dr Sham Gopal, Divisional Nutrition Officer, Dr Arvind Raina, Epidemiologist, Dr Poonam Mahajan, District Tuberculosis Officer, Dr Vijay Gupta, Former HOD Medicine, GMC, etc.
The magazine will be first of its kind in J&K and will be bimonthly in periodicity. The print edition will be available at leading chemist stores in the month of August. The launch of web edition before the print edition was done in accordance with the latest trend in magazine publishing.
