5 injured in road accidents

SRINAGAR, June 26: Five persons were injured in separate road accidents across the Valley.
Reports said that a gypsy of the Education Department bearing registration number JK03B/4781 on way from Devsar to Kilam turned turtle at General Road Zabgalpora, Kulgam.
The mishap resulted in injuries to Chief Education Officer, Kulgam Ghulam Rasool Lone, Ajaz Ahmad Shah son of Ghulam Nabi resident of Sopat-Kulgam, Javid Ahmad Khanday (driver) son of Mohammad Yousuf resident of Khul Ahmadabad, Kulgam and Manzoor Ahmad Bhat resident of Laroo-Kulgam. All injured were shifted to District Hospital, Kulgam for treatment. A case has been registered in this regard.
A Tata Sumo bearing registration number JK13/8016 hit and injured Javid Ahmad Bhat aged 30 years son of Bashir Ahmad resident of Choonti Mohalla, Shopian at Sheikh Mohalla, Shopian. The injured was shifted to District Hospital, Shopian. A case has been registered in this regard.
