JAMMU, Mar 5: Government today accorded sanction to the appointment of Romesh Kumar, Incharge Superintending Engineer, PW (R&B) Circle Reasi, as Inquiry Officer to enquire into the allegations levelled against Maqbool Hussain Choudhary, then XEn, PW (R&B) Division Ramban.
As per an order, Abhishek Gupta, Incharge Executive Engineer, PW (R&B) Construction Division, Ramban, shall be the Presenting Officer in the case.
“The Inquiry Officer shall submit his report/findings to the Administrative Department along with recommendation within one month from the date of issuance of this order,” read the order.
Any modification in posting shall not debar Inquiry Officer and Presenting Officer from performing their duties vide this order, the order further said.
